I have been using shampoos from LOreal for a couple of years and really like the way they work on my dry and frizzy hair. Excellent sturdy felt tip allows you to create the most precise lines lasts forever and truly water resistant takes a bit of makeup remover and a bit of gentle rubbing to get it fully off.
